Hidamari Matcha, the week before opening
Matcha, as it is.
Pure matcha, simply done. Smooth, earthy, and made to slow you down: that's how they describe it, and it's the whole idea behind the room.
Then, the fun part.
Around that bowl sits a playful menu: jasmine and salted cheese, mango, ube, banana pudding, yuzu sparkling, and gelato floated right on top.
