After it has ended, subscribe again with the same email and your runs start again, with the same licence key. A new monthly subscription starts with the $149 setup fee again; the annual plan has none.

It won't renew, and you keep using Klaudius until the end of the year you've paid for. The year you've paid for isn't refunded in part. If you started on the founding price, it stays at every renewal for as long as that subscription carries on; switching to monthly gives it up. Updates are included for as long as you're subscribed, and you don't have to do anything: the app keeps itself and the pipeline up to date. Major new features arrive on their own (rescue mode, booking mode and the client editor all arrived that way), and anything you've asked Klaudius to change about how it works is kept when it updates.

Klaudius runs on top of an AI agent: software that can read instructions in plain English and do real work on your computer, like building websites and sending them. You can run Klaudius on either Claude Code (Anthropic) or Codex (OpenAI). The app sets up whichever you pick and signs you in to your own account. No coding required.

Besides your Klaudius subscription, a Claude subscription (ideally Max or Ultra) or a ChatGPT subscription (ideally the Pro plan) for the best website quality and throughput. All the other tools Klaudius uses (your database, hosting and data-gathering services) have free tiers that cover a steady pace.

Yes: Claude Pro and ChatGPT Plus both work, and the app's setup asks which plan you're on and tunes the pipeline accordingly. A Mac (Apple silicon or Intel) on macOS 14 or later, a Windows 10 or later 64-bit PC, including Windows 11 on Arm (Snapdragon) through Windows' built-in emulation, or a Linux computer with a 64-bit Intel or AMD processor: Ubuntu, Debian, or a Chromebook with Linux turned on. You don't install anything by hand: the first time you open it, the Klaudius app installs whatever your computer is missing. You'll want around 1.5 GB of free disk space.

It isn't tied to any one AI account: you can sign the app in to any Claude or ChatGPT account, and switch accounts whenever you like. Klaudius runs on your own computer, and your websites, database and outreach are on your own accounts.

It finds businesses that don't have a website (or whose website is outdated, or is really just a booking-platform page) in your chosen region, then ranks them with a proprietary scoring algorithm so the strongest opportunities, the ones most likely to buy, surface first. Everything it finds goes into a CRM that ships with the project, so it never picks the same business twice, and you can adjust any of this by just asking Klaudius.

There's no hard cap on the Klaudius side. The only ceiling is your AI plan's usage limits, since each site is a genuine bespoke build. As a rough guide, the highest-tier plans of Claude Code or ChatGPT Pro can comfortably build and pitch in the region of 200 a week.

Your own email account, over standard SMTP: Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, whatever you use. It sends each pitch from your real address (saved to your Sent folder like any normal email) and reads replies from the same inbox, so the whole conversation lives in your own mailbox. Because every pitch is personal and carries a real, finished website the owner can click straight into, it lands very differently from bulk cold email. And since it goes out from your own inbox at a pace you set, your sending reputation stays in your hands. A built-in check confirms your email is authenticating correctly, and tells you exactly what to change if it isn't.

Yes. When a business opens the site you sent them, you get an alert while they're still looking: "Acme Bakery (Leeds) just opened the site you built them. Visit 2." You can. Everything is customisable, so you can just ask Klaudius to stop once it's found the businesses. But leading with a finished website is what lifts the reply and conversion rates so far above ordinary cold outreach, and the build costs almost nothing since it runs inside your existing AI subscription, so I'd recommend keeping it in.

Everything happens in writing. You confirm interest, handle any small changes the customer wants on the website (logo, photos, a credential to remove), agree the price, send your bank details, and get them a domain: Klaudius can buy a new one and put the website on it, or connect one they already own.
