7-day money-back guarantee

Klaudius comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not for you, email hello@klaudius.dev within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

We may reply with a quick question or two — sometimes a short email exchange or a 10-minute call solves whatever’s getting in the way, and we’d much rather help than refund. But if you still want the refund after that, you get it. No hoops, no friction, no obligation to accept our help. The whole interaction fits in two emails.

After the 7-day window

After 7 days, all sales are final.

If something has genuinely gone wrong — your licence key never arrived, the install wizard fails on your machine, or any documented part of Klaudius doesn’t work as described — email hello@klaudius.dev and we’ll work to fix it. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases where Klaudius cannot reasonably be made to work for you.

What happens when we refund

A refund automatically revokes your licence.

Evaluate before you buy

The 7-day guarantee removes most of the buy-then-decide risk, but if you’d rather evaluate before purchasing you can:

• Browse a live sample site at klaudius.dev/sample-heating, a real site Klaudius could generate for one of your prospects.
• Read the install and setup documentation linked from the homepage.
• Email hello@klaudius.dev with any pre-purchase question. Ask anything that’s unclear.

Statutory rights

Some jurisdictions (notably the UK and EU) grant consumers a statutory cancellation right for digital purchases. By completing the purchase at Lemon Squeezy Checkout, you confirm that Klaudius is to be delivered to you immediately and you explicitly waive your statutory right of cancellation, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37, and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The 7-day money-back guarantee described above is offered voluntarily and operates separately from any statutory rights you may have. It applies on the contractual terms set out above.
