Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

Klaudius comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of your first Klaudius subscription, monthly or annual, setup fee included. If it’s not for you, email hello@klaudius.dev within 7 days of that payment and we’ll refund it in full.

The guarantee is once per customer: a new subscription after an earlier one has ended doesn’t come with a new 7 days.

We may reply with a quick question or two — sometimes a short email exchange or a 10-minute call solves whatever’s getting in the way, and we’d much rather help than refund. But if you still want the refund after that, you get it. No hoops, no friction, no obligation to accept our help. The whole interaction fits in two emails.

After the 7-day window

After the 7 days, renewals and the unused part of an annual plan aren’t refunded. You can cancel any time at klaudius.dev/billing. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again, and you keep Klaudius until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for.

If something has genuinely gone wrong (your licence key never arrived, the app’s setup fails on your computer, or any documented part of Klaudius doesn’t work as described), email hello@klaudius.dev and we’ll work to fix it. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases where Klaudius cannot reasonably be made to work for you.

What happens when we refund

A refund ends your subscription and your licence. The app stops starting new runs the next time it checks in with us, usually within an hour or so; a run already under way finishes. Everything you’ve built stays yours: your websites, your database and your outreach. To come back after a refund, email hello@klaudius.dev.

Fair use of the guarantee

The 7-day guarantee is there so you can genuinely evaluate whether Klaudius is right for you — install it, run the workflow, and decide. It’s offered in good faith, and we ask that it’s used that way.

In the rare case of evident bad faith or abuse of the guarantee, we reserve the right to decline or limit a refund. This never affects anyone acting in good faith: if you’ve given Klaudius a fair try within 7 days of your first subscription’s first payment and it’s not for you, you get your refund, exactly as described above.

Evaluate before you subscribe

The 7-day guarantee removes most of the buy-then-decide risk, but if you’d rather evaluate before purchasing you can:
