Beckwith is Elena Vaughn: twelve years an NHS theatre nurse, then aesthetics training in Leeds, then a rented chair in a Cold Bath Road salon until this room came up in 2021. She takes the consultation, plans the treatment, carries it out, and sees you again at your review.
The studio fronts the Parade, and there is nobody else in the room while you are in the chair. Nothing is booked on the day you first ask, and if a treatment is not right for you, she will say so. There is no charge for being told.

Four stages, one of them a deliberate pause. Nobody is treated on the day they first walk in.
Thirty minutes, free, and never on the same day as treatment. Elena looks at your skin, listens to what you want, and tells you what she would and would not do. Some people are told nothing is needed. They are not charged for hearing it.
You go home. There is at least one night between consultation and treatment, every time, for every patient. If you change your mind in that gap, nothing is lost and nothing is owed.
Ninety minutes is held, whatever the treatment. Numbing cream gets the full twenty minutes it needs, photographs are taken for your file only, and every step is explained while it happens.
Two weeks later you come back, at no charge, and the work is checked in person. Anything that needs adjusting is adjusted. Then you are left alone until you want to come back.

The things people ask before they book.
Less than most people expect. Numbing cream is standard for filler and given time to work — this is one of the reasons appointments are ninety minutes. Anti-wrinkle injections feel like a scratch and are over in seconds.
Anti-wrinkle treatment, three to four months. Lip and dermal filler, six to twelve months depending on the area and on you. Profhilo and skin boosters, around six months. Honest ranges, not best cases.
Possibly, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. Most bruising settles inside a week. If you have an event, book at least two weeks ahead of it and say so at the consultation.
Because a decision about your face deserves a night's sleep. The gap between consultation and treatment is deliberate and is not waived, even when the diary is quiet.
Come back. The two-week review is included, adjustments at review are included, and filler can be dissolved. You will never be charged for telling Elena something is not right.
