Hi, I'm Rohan, and I built Klaudius. This is the real Klaudius app, shown with sample businesses. Let me walk you through how it works. So this first screen is the Dashboard: how many businesses Klaudius has found, how many sites are live, who's replied, and who's become a customer.
Down the left is everything else: the Inbox, where replies and follow-ups land; the Pipeline, which is every business and where it stands; Find leads; Runs, which is where Klaudius does its work; and a chat where you can just ask for things in plain English.
First, finding businesses. You can tell Klaudius exactly where to look, here cafés in Las Vegas, or let it pick an area itself. It searches for businesses with no website of their own and shows you each one with its ratings and reviews. You keep the ones you want, and they join your pipeline.
Then you start a run, and this is the automated part. One click, and Klaudius works through businesses on its own, several at a time. It gathers their details and photos, builds each one a website, and puts it live. It keeps going, finding more businesses as it goes, until you stop it. Here it's building a site for Hidamari Matcha, a matcha bar in Las Vegas it found earlier.
Once a site's live, it writes the pitch: a short, personal email to the owner with a link to their new site. In this demo it asks me before sending, so you can see the email, but on the recommended setting it just sends it. Site published, pitch sent, and it moves on to the next business.
Every business gets its own record in the Pipeline, with the site that was built for it. And here's that site.
The Pipeline is how you keep track. Each business moves from built, to pitched, to replied, and hopefully to paying customer.
When an owner replies, it lands in your Inbox. Here's one: she loved her site and asked about bookings. Klaudius can draft a reply for you, but this conversation is where you come in.
For businesses that haven't replied yet, Klaudius writes follow-ups every day. You read each one and approve, edit or skip it, so nothing goes out without your OK.
In Settings you choose how much Klaudius asks before acting, and what time it writes each day's follow-ups.
So a typical day for you looks like this: start a run, or leave one going; approve the day's follow-ups; and reply to the owners who are interested. The finding, building, publishing and pitching all happen without you.
When an owner says yes, you agree a price with them. Klaudius drafts the quote or invoice for you to send, puts the site on their own domain, and makes any changes they ask for. You just tell it what you need in the chat. Talking to clients and closing the sale is your part, and that's where your time goes.
