Change your settings

The quickest way to change a setting is to tell Klaudius in Conversations, such as "Change my pricing to $899". That covers nearly everything: pricing, outreach tone, which channels you use, which host you deploy to, a credential you've replaced. If it needs a new key or token, it asks you for it. Everything is also in Settings.

Change setup

Settings → Change setup takes you back through the questions setup asked, one part at a time, with your answers filled in. Press Change… beside the part you want: Email, Website hosting, Outreach channels, Plan, Location & pricing (your name, market, language, lead streams and prices), Notifications or Database.

Passwords, keys and tokens you've already saved show as Already saved — leave blank to keep it, so you only type the ones you're changing. Press Apply when you're done. Klaudius checks anything new before it saves, and if a check fails, nothing is changed.

The everyday switches

The settings you change most often have cards of their own. Where a card has a Save button, press it; the change applies to the next run you start. Some cards only appear where they apply to your install.

Visit alerts	Whether new sites count visits
Autonomy and Model	How much Klaudius asks before acting, and (on Claude Code) which model new conversations use
GoHighLevel	Sending your leads into GoHighLevel
AI receptionist	The voice platform account, your demo line, and the monthly minutes after which Klaudius warns you
Plan usage	What's left of your plan's usage windows
Pipeline updates and Your customisations	Whether your pipeline is up to date, and the changes you've asked Klaudius to make. See Updates

Save a copy of your data	Copying your customisations, notes, conversations and settings to a folder you choose
