Find your way around the app

Klaudius is a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux. The sidebar on the left takes you to everything. Press ⌘/ on a Mac, or Ctrl+/ on Windows and Linux, for the full list of keyboard shortcuts.

Dashboard

Your pipeline at a glance: businesses tracked, websites live, replies waiting on you and customers won, then where every business stands and the most recent ones. A new install also gets a First steps card that takes you through your first website and your first pitch.

To see how much of your plan's usage is left, and when it resets, open Settings → Plan usage.

Inbox

The number beside Inbox in the sidebar is how many things are waiting on you.

• Replies lists the businesses waiting to hear back from you. View conversation shows the thread, Draft a reply has Klaudius write one for you to approve, and Check for new replies looks again now.
• Follow-ups holds the day's drafted follow-ups for you to read, edit, skip or approve. See Daily follow-ups.

Pipeline

Every business Klaudius is working on, with its status, its website, when the owner last opened it (Seen) and their last reply. Filter by status at the top, and click a business for its details.

Find leads

Hands-on lead finding. Type a kind of business, a town, or both, or press Let Klaudius pick. Klaudius shows what it finds, with reviews and photos. Untick anything you don't want and the rest join your pipeline; Build their site on a business puts Klaudius to work on it. See Targeting.

Runs

Where you put Klaudius to work. See Runs.

• Run with sets the effort for new runs, and on Claude Code the model too. Codex runs on its own default model, shown beside it.
• Where to work aims runs at a kind of business, a town, or both.
• Run Klaudius works on several businesses at once until you stop it; Run the pipeline does one, then stops.
• Follow-ups and Warm leads start those jobs by hand.
• Your website builds and updates your own agency's website. See Your agency website.
• Client add-ons runs an add-on for one client: the CMS, a booking system, go-live SEO, a live Google rating, an invoice, a quote or an AI receptionist.
• Running now lists everything in flight. Click one to watch it work.

Conversations

Ask Klaudius anything: a question about your pipeline, a one-off job, a change to a site, or a change to how it works. Everything it has worked on is listed here, runs included. See Talk to Klaudius.

Jarvis

Jarvis is Klaudius you can simply talk to. Tap the orb once and speak the way you'd talk to a person: it hears when you've finished, answers out loud, and keeps listening, so the conversation flows back and forth without you touching anything.

• Interrupt it whenever you like. Start talking while it's answering and it stops to listen, catching what you say from your very first word. "Stop" or "never mind" cuts it off on the spot.
• Steer it mid-thought. While it's working something out, just speak to change course.
• It keeps you in the loop. It starts answering with its first sentence rather than making you wait for the whole reply, and if something takes a moment, it tells you it's still on it.
• It works the app for you. Ask it to bring up a client's website, show you everyone who replied, or start a run, and it happens on screen.
• Your voice stays on your computer. Speech recognition runs locally, so what you say never leaves it.

Try "Who's waiting on a reply from me?", "How's the pipeline doing this week?" or "Bring up the last website you built". Anything you can do with Jarvis, you can also do by typing in Conversations. Jarvis isn't available on Linux.

Settings

Everything you chose during setup, plus the everyday switches: Autonomy, Pipeline settings, Daily follow-ups, Visit alerts, Change setup for going back through any part of setup, Pipeline updates, This computer for your licence, and what the app shares with us. Change your settings goes through every card.
