Talk to Klaudius

Ask Klaudius questions, give it jobs and change how it works in plain words, and keep those changes when it updates.

Show docs for

Klaudius is the docs. Most of what you'd look up on these pages, you can simply ask: open Conversations in the app and type. It's the same assistant the buttons use, it knows your pipeline, and it can change how it works for you.

What to ask

  • How something works: the pipeline, what any part of it does, or what features are available.
  • About your business: "Which businesses replied this week?", "Who still owes me?" It answers from your own database.
  • A job to do: "Draft a follow-up for anyone quiet for 5 days", "Invoice Acme Bakery", "Build my website".
  • A change to how it works: "Make my outreach more casual", "Change my pricing to $899", "Stop pitching restaurants", "Drop one of the follow-up touches". It makes the change, confirms it in a line, and asks for a new key or password if it needs one.
  • When something breaks: tell it what you saw. It reads the error, works out the cause and can usually fix it on the spot.

Or just talk to it. On a Mac or Windows, Jarvis, in the sidebar, is the same assistant as a natural spoken conversation: it hears when you've finished, answers out loud, and you can interrupt it whenever you like. See Jarvis.

Changes you ask for are kept

Every change you've asked Klaudius to make to how it works is listed in Settings → Your customisations, where you can turn one off. Updates never overwrite them, or your clients, their websites and your settings.

If an update changes the part of Klaudius one of your customisations applies to, Klaudius sets that customisation aside, so it isn't applied to wording it wasn't written for, and Settings → Pipeline updates shows Needs your decision. Press Go through them with Klaudius: it explains what you'd asked for and what the update changed, and changes nothing until you say yes. See Updates.

When you want it to ask first

Claude Code

New conversations follow Settings → Autonomy. Auto, the recommended setting, works on its own with built-in safety checks and asks only when something looks off. For a conversation you'd rather review step by step, such as a reply to a warm lead or registering a client's domain, switch just that conversation to Asks first from the menu in its message box. See What it does on its own.

Codex

Codex works on its own: there's no mode to switch. Skills that send messages still show you each one in the conversation first. See What it does on its own.

If Klaudius can't make sense of a problem, send us what it told you from Help → Message us.

Ask Klaudius

  • Walk me through how the pipeline works
  • Make my outreach a bit more casual
  • What have I asked you to change so far?
