GoHighLevel
Send every lead Klaudius builds into your GoHighLevel sub-account as a contact and a deal, and let your own workflows take it from there.
If you run your business from GoHighLevel, Klaudius can put every lead into your GoHighLevel sub-account and keep it up to date. Each lead becomes a contact with the business's details, the link to the site Klaudius built for it, and a note on what it found: the kind of business, its Google rating and its social pages.
Pick a pipeline and each lead also gets a deal that moves through the stages you choose as it goes from site ready to pitched, replied and won. A lead that says no, never answers or can't be reached is tagged as lost and its deal is closed: as lost if they said no, otherwise as abandoned. A lead that says no is also set to Do Not Disturb.
Connecting it
Open Settings → GoHighLevel. You need two things from your sub-account:
- A Private Integration token. In the sub-account, open Settings → Private Integrations → Create new integration. Tick View/Edit Contacts, View/Edit Opportunities, View Locations and View/Edit Custom Fields, create it, then copy the token.
- The Location ID. It's under Settings → Business Profile, or in your browser's address bar after
/location/. You can paste the whole address and Klaudius picks the ID out.
Paste both into the card and press Connect. The card's How do I get these? link repeats these steps.
Then pick a Pipeline, and for each of Klaudius's steps (Site ready, Pitched, Replied, Won) choose the stage the deal moves to, or Don't move. Klaudius suggests stages from their names. To keep leads as contacts with no deals, choose No pipeline — contacts only. Press Save.
To send the leads you already have, press Add existing leads. Klaudius asks first, because workflows that start on a new contact or a Klaudius tag will run for each one.
Change pipeline lets you pick again later. Disconnect stops Klaudius adding or updating anything in GoHighLevel; the contacts already there stay. To switch the token off for good, delete the integration in GoHighLevel too.
Tags and fields for your workflows
Every contact Klaudius adds is tagged klaudius, plus one tag for where the lead stands: klaudius-site-ready, klaudius-pitched, klaudius-replied, klaudius-won or klaudius-lost. Any of them can start a GoHighLevel workflow. A workflow that starts on any new contact runs for every lead Klaudius adds, so start yours from the Klaudius tags, or filter on klaudius.
Klaudius also fills in three contact fields: Klaudius site, Klaudius pitch subject and Klaudius pitch. A deal you move yourself stays where you put it until the lead's status changes in Klaudius.
Letting GoHighLevel send
With Send outreach automatically on, Klaudius sends as usual and GoHighLevel keeps the record. Switch it off, in Settings → Pipeline settings, and Klaudius writes each first message as an email but, instead of sending it, puts it in the two pitch fields and tags the contact klaudius-pitch-ready.
A workflow that starts on that tag and sends an email from those fields then takes over: it sends, follows up and moves the deal. Klaudius moves the deal again only when you change the lead in Klaudius, so when a client buys, mark them as won in Klaudius.
