Warm leads

The daily report on every business that has replied: who is waiting on you, who is worth a nudge, and who to leave alone. It never sends anything.

Warm leads is your daily list of businesses that have replied. It reads each conversation in full and tells you where it stands, so nobody waiting on you slips. It never sends anything.

What the report shows

Start Warm leads on the Runs page, or let it run after your daily follow-ups. Each business that has replied goes in one group:

  • Needs response: waiting on you, oldest first. This is your priority list.
  • Nudge candidates: you replied, and they've been quiet for five days or more. Whether to nudge or close it off is your call.
  • Waiting on client deadline: they said "back next week" or named a date. The report shows the date; leave them until then.
  • Recently actioned: you replied in the last 48 hours. Leave them alone.
  • Misclassified / dead: nothing came back from them, the "reply" was a no in disguise ("we've got a site in development"), or it was about something else. The report suggests where the business belongs; you decide.

Conversations Klaudius can't read, such as ones that moved to Instagram or Facebook, are listed separately for you to check.

Acting on it

Reply one conversation at a time: write it yourself or ask Klaudius to draft it, then send it. A business that replies has left the follow-up cadence for good, so it never gets a templated nudge on top of a real conversation. See Daily follow-ups.

The Replies tab of your Inbox lists the businesses waiting on you, and Check for new replies looks again straight away. See When a client replies.

When to run it

Once a day, in the morning, so the needs-response group is in front of you first. With Daily follow-ups switched on in Settings, the report runs straight after the follow-ups; switch off Warm-leads report on the same card if you don't want it.
